TECHNICAL INFORMATION
• Files can be sent on a CD or Zip Disk or small files can be emailed to ADCOPY@BENCHMARKPUB.COM or uploaded to our FTP site. Click here to upload images.
• Electronic files are preferred. Acceptable Formats are as follows: QXD, PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPG
DO NOT SEND MICROSOFT PUBLISHER FILES!
NOTE: If requested, disks will be returned after the publication is printed. Benchmark Publications, Inc. assumes no responsibility for incorrect size of display ads, missing fonts or quality of images provided.
QXD
Files created in QuarkXPress are preferred. Please include all fonts and placed images. Please include a printout of the file. Missing fonts or fonts that cause conflict with our library may be converted to a similar style. Click Here for our Custom Settings.
PDF
Distill using "Print Optimized" or Click Here for our Custom Settings.
EPS
Images should be 300 dpi or higher at 100% the file size.
TIFF
Images should be 300 dpi or higher at 100% the file size.
JPG
Images should be 300 dpi or higher at 100% the file size. It should be saved at the highest quality settings.
